COVID19 Update

2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR FULL-DAY PROGRAM

Nextide Academy's After-School Program is now a Full-Day Program for the upcoming school year. Since LCPS has announced 100% distance learning as of July 21st, 2020, we have decided to keep our doors open from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The full-time program will have emphasis on learning simulating a school structure with four focused learning sessions per day adapting to the LCPS Curriculum. Our school simulation sessions will end at 3 PM and we will resume our after-school activities.

After-school Activities: 3:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m.

We will limit the student enrollment to half of our building capacit to practice social distancing. As we tread through this pandemic, we plan to use our 5000 sq ft facility with enough social distancing in place for our students.


Due to the limited enrollment, students who will be enrolling for an entire week of camp will get priority.

After-School Tuition

The Child Care Subsidy Program provides financial assistance to eligible families to help pay for the cost of child care so they can work or attend education or training programs. The Child Care Subsidy Program services are child-centered and family-focused and support the broader objective of strengthening families’ goals of economic self-sufficiency and quality early childhood programs for their children. Participating families may select any legally operating child day care facility eligible to participate in the program.nnYou can screen for eligibility and/or apply online. Absolutely! We are thankful to the services and as a small token of appreciation, we offer a 10% discount from our lowest adverstised rate.

We have a 10% discount for the siblings of our after-school students for all the programs except for the $99 Earlybird promotion that’s already our best offer.

We do look into financial situations of families and offer need based financial aid up to 50% of our tuition rates.

Yes, our after-school program is licensed by Virginia Department of Social Services and are also an approved provider to receive any funding for qualifying families.

Our tuition rates for elementary school students start at $35 for 1 day a week to $120 for 5 days a week. We also run promotions from time to time for as low as $99 per week. Please sign early in the school year to avail the same.

You will be billed on a weekly basis and tuition is due on every Monday.
